To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition.

• Tampering: The Forgemaster cannot accept items that have been intentionally opened, bent, or structurally altered.

• Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, ensure product is cleaned or gently sanitized. All earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your jewelry doesn't fit quite right, The Forgemaster accept exchanges or minor modifications within 14 days of delivery.
